| "Sock, take a breath" | If your Sock is a bit too upset and don't seem to be taking a step away on their own, please use this as a little reminder |
| "I'm doing ___, I wouldn't mind if you joined me/I'd like you to join me" | Use this to invite your Sock to activities! "Don't mind" is for when you have no preference if they are there or not, "I'd like you to join" is an active ask for them to be there |
| "I'm doing ___ right now but we can hang at ___" | Is your Sock begging for your attention, but you have to do taxes and human things? Give them a time to be patient till, if you can! |
| "I don't like that, let's move on" | Tell your Sock which things are and aren't okay to say with this one neat trick! Doesn't have to be followed up with 'lets move on' if you'd like to tell them why it's bothering you |
| "Are you able to talk with me right now?" | Let your Sock know that something big is bothering you and you need support. They'll let you know if they're in a position to listen at the moment. |
